Job Title: Project Manager项目经理
Position Mission: Project Manager is responsible for understanding customer needs and ensuring project success. (S)he must completely “own” the project and manage its various facets like project scope, project planning, risks, cost, schedule, quality assurance etc to ensure timely and high quality deliverables. 项目经理主要负责了解客户的需求并且保证项目能够成功完成。他（她）必须能完全掌控项目并且管理项目的各个不同方面，比如项目范围、项目计划、风险、成本、进度排期、质量保证等等以确保项目能够按时且高质量的完成。 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 基本职能与职责： Work with the pre-sales team in responding to RFPs and Work Orders from prospective customers and provide project plans and estimates; 与售前小组一起对未来客户提供的需要意向和工作订单进行项目的计划编制和估价 Work closely with Japan project managers and development team to produce timely deliverables; 与日本的项目经理及开发小组密切合作以保证产品的及时供应 Double-up as Requirements Analysts if required, and gather project requirements as well as own them through out the project 如需要也能担负起需求分析师的职责，负责收集项目的需求并且要在项目中掌控它们。 Estimate, plan, schedule, track, and successfully manage assigned projects; 估价、计划、排期、跟踪并且成功地管理指派的项目 Create/Tailor Project Management best practices and implement them in projects as appropriate; 创造/提出最好的项目管理方法，并在项目中以适当的方法来实现它们。 Collaborate with all stakeholders and bring them together when needed to ensure appropriate decisions are made, which are in line with their expectation; 跟所有的战略伙伴合作并在当需要时能召集他们以保证共同做出适当的决定 Complete ownership and control of the projects handled in all aspects of timely delivery, quality, cost and customer satisfaction; 全权负责并且控制项目的所有方面，包括项目的及时供应、质量、成本以及客户满意度。 Report project status and health to senior management on regular interval. 定期向上级报告项目进展状态。 Identification and management of customer expectations for deliverables throughout the project lifecycle; ensure project implementation is consistent with specifications and customer expectations. 在整个项目过程中能明白并且管理客户的需求，并保证项目的最终实现与客户的需求一致 Contribute to organization-wide process improvement initiatives. 能够对整个公司的流程提出改进的建议 Implement processes for improving the efficiency of the team and quality standards; 能够实行提高整个工作小组效率和产品质量的管理流程 Help interview new candidates for hire; 能够协助对应聘人员进行面试 Provide management training to the team for building up strong Team leaders and Project Leaders; 能够对团队进行培训以培养出优秀的团队领导和项目领导 Motivate team members; 激励团队成员 Manage team members, help define their career plans and review their performance on periodic basis; 管理团队成员，协助设立他们的职业计划并且定期考核他们的业绩。 JOB REQUIREMENT职位要求 Required: At least 7 years of total experience 2 years of project management experience; 至少7年工作经验，其中2年项目管理经验 Demonstrated success in managing complex, technical projects with multi-disciplinary teams for Global Clients; 有管理由跨学科小组为全球客户提供复杂的技术服务项目的成功案例 Awareness of process/project management frameworks like CMMi, MSF. 熟悉流程/项目的管理体系，如CMMi, MSF Good team management skills. Should have managed medium sized teams (8-15 people) for at least 2 years. 精通团队管理技巧。有2年以上管理8－15人的中型团队的经验。 Good knowledge of MS Project and other PM tools; 熟练掌握MS项目和其他PM工具 General consulting, analysis and design, interviewing and presentation skills; 基本掌握顾问、分析、设计、面试及做报告的技能 Excellent people skills, as this person will be the first line of contact with customers; 很好的沟通技巧，因为这个职位需要与客户进行直接的交流 Excellent communication skills in English or Japanese, especially verbal.
